I am not a morning person. At all.
But I’m also not a coffee drinker.
A few months ago I tried out an essential oils recipe that has changed my mornings completely. I’m sharing that recipe in my video today.
My Morning Wake Up Recipe:
2 drops lemon essential oil
1 drops peppermint essential oil
Drop into a large glass and fill with water.
As I mention in the video, peppermint can taste spicy or hot, especially if you aren’t used to it. If you want less peppermint kick, try to avoid the top layer of the water and the last sip.
